A.sweeT. wants you to be completely satisfied with your order; but if something is not right, please let us know! Merchandise may be exchanged or redeemed for store credit only (some restrictions apply) and can be done through mail or in-store. All merchandise must be accompanied with the original invoice or receipt and received within 14 business days from the original purchase date.
- All merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must contain all original A.sweeT. and/or designer tags.
- All shoe items must be packaged in their original box. We recommend trying shoes on soft surfaces like carpets and rugs to avoid scuffing the soles.
- All food items, swimwear, intimates, and sale items are all final sale and not accepted for exchange or store credit.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SETUP AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
All online orders (excluding food items, swimwear, intimates, and sale items) are accompanied with an invoice, packing list, and store credit/exchange form.
- If you wish to exchange your merchandise, complete the form with the requested item/s you would like to exchange it for.
- If you wish to receive store credit, complete the form and check the applicable box.
- Carefully pack your order and include the store credit/exchange form inside.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- When we receive the package, we will notify you via email. If you requested an exchange, we mail the new item to the shipping address provided in the original order. If there is a store credit balance or an amount owed after the exchange is completed, we will contact you and ask for payment for the amount owed or provide a copy of your receipt with your store credit balance.
- If you requested store credit, you will be notified when your package has been receive and the process is completed. A copy of your store credit balance will be sent via email, and a record is kept on file. Please note: store credit never expires! If you would like to use your store credit at any time, please contact email@example.com or you can give us a call at (310) 860-9265 11am to 7pm PST from Mondays to Saturdays.
